 4 filets of Avner’s Kosher Denise (Can be substituted by Red Snapper, Branzino or Striped Bass)
 4 tbsp lemon juice
 2 tbsp olive oil
 35 cloves minced garlic
 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
 Salt and pepper to taste

Pat your fish filets dry and season them with salt and pepper. Let them rest while you work on the marinade.

For the marinade, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and cilantro. Coat the filets with the mixture and let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat a pan and, when ready, cook the filets skin side down until crispy (approximately 5-8 minutes for each piece)
