Sweet Chili Salmon

Yields4 ServingsPrep Time10 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time30 mins

4 qts Avner’s Kosher Wild or Scottish Salmon (our personal favorite is Wild Salmon - it’s fattier and juicier)
 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp silan
 1 tbsp olive oil
 35 cloves minced garlic
 ¼ tsp salt
 Pinch of black pepper
1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

2

Pat your salmon pieces dry and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

3

Place the salmon pieces over a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Pop them in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.

4

While the salmon is cooking, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, silan and garlic. This will be the sauce you will be using on the next step.

5

Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove the salmon pieces from the oven and coat them evenly with the sauce

6

Return the salmon to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to get that smoky sweet glaze that ties the dish together.

7

Pair with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
